Joanne Squires, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Cherrytree Court to Robert and Jeri Cooke, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,533 square feet of living area. It sold in 1989 for $246,000.
