Details: The city of Palm Coast invites the public to a Portugal Day flag-raising ceremony, presented by the city and the Portuguese American Cultural Center. Event Organizer John Furao will emcee, and Mayor Milissa Holland will welcome guests to the ceremony. During the event, the flags of the United States and Portugal will be raised in celebration of Portugal Day.
