Details: Registered boats will gather in Cimmaron Basin at 6 p.m. and head east to the Intracoastal Waterway, turn south passing Tidelands, Canopy Walk, St. Joe Walkway, Waterfront Park and Island Estates, then turn around at the Grand Haven Gazebo and head back to the Clubhouse Waterway. Palm Coast Mayor Milissa Holland will be the Grand Marshall and is set to proclaim Dec. 16 as Palm Coast Yacht Club Holiday Boat Parade Day.
