AACS Pyramid Players Golf Tournament

When: 7:30 a.m. registration

Where: Cypress Knoll Golf and Country Club, 53 Easthampton Blvd.

Cost: $75 per player or $300 per foursome

Details: The African American Cultural Society, Inc. will have its Pyramid Players Golf Tournament where participants can expect door prizes and goodie bags, plus awards for low gross first and second, ow net first and second, closest to the pin (men and women) and longest drive (men and women). American Legion Post 115 Spaghetti Dinner

When: 4:30-7 p.m.

Where: VFW Post 8696, 47 Old Kings Road N.

Cost: $10 all you can eat

'Kubo and the Two Strings'

When: 8 p.m.

Where: Central Park in Town Center, 975 Central Ave.

Cost: Free                  

Details: Palm Coast Parks and Recreation and Flagler Schools present “Kubo and the Two Strings” for the next Movie in the Park. Closed captioning will be provided. Bring snacks, blankets, lawn chairs and bug spray.

 

Beginning April 13

‘South Pacific’ comes to Flagler Playhouse

When: 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday shows; 2 p.m. on Sunday shows

Where: Flagler Playhouse, 301 E. Moody Blvd., Bunnell

Cost: Adult and senior tickets are $25

Details: “South Pacific” has been a hit since its stage debut in 1949. Some of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s most memorable songs, “Bali Ha’I,” “I’m Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair,” “There is Nothing Like A Dame,” “I’m In Love With a Wonderful Guy,” and “Some Enchanted Evening” help tell of two heartwarming love stories, set on an island paradise during World War II, that are threatened by prejudice and war. Health and Wellness Fair

When: 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Where: St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway

Cost: Free

Details: The church’s sixth-annual Health and Wellness Fair will include healthy snacks, the Big Red Bus and raffles. The feature presentations are: 10am: Developing Healthy Communication & Relationships - Arnold Anderson, MSW; 11am: The Opioid Crisis - Sheriff Rick Staly; Noon: Prevention and Recovery Services - Alicia Vincent, VP of Flagler County Services.
