9th-annual Super Scenic 72-Mile Garage Sale

When: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18

Where: Along A1A from Ponte Vedra to Flagler Beach

Flagler County Library book sale

When: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 18

Where: Flagler County Library, 2500 Palm Coast Parkway

Details: Most books are 50 cents to $2. There will also be puzzles, CDs, DVDs and a bake sale.

 

The Walk Back in Time: A Living History Event

When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18

Where: Florida Agricultural Museum, 7900 Old Kings Road N.

Details: This program features costumed historical re-enactors illustrating different periods in Florida's past, as well as living history demonstrations. Admission is $5. Wear outdoor shoes.

 

Food Truck Tuesday

When: 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21

Where: Central Park at Town Center, 975 Central Ave.

Details: DJ Vern will entertain, and guests can buy food at vendor trucks. Call 986-2323.

 

Community Thanksgiving dinner

When: 1-4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 23

Where: The Wickline Senior Center, 800 S. Daytona Ave., Flagler Beach

Free self-defense seminar

When: 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29

Where: Villari's Martial Arts of Palm Coast, 515 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 15 (Roma Court Plaza)

Details: Open to both men and women, ages 16 and up. No experience necessary. Register by Nov. 27. Call 246-2080.
