The median price for single-family existing homes in the Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach area was $330,000.

The industry group Florida Realtors released a report Friday that showed the statewide median sales price in February for single-family existing homes was $381,481. Here were the median prices in the state’s metropolitan statistical areas:

— Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island: $700,000

— Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach: $530,000

— North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton: $458,450

— Cape Coral-Fort Myers: $410,000

— Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin: $400,000

— Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford: $394,000

— Punta Gorda: $388,500

— Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater: $378,142

— The Villages: $375,000

— Port St. Lucie: $370,000

— Sebastian-Vero Beach: $360,000

— Jacksonville: $358,961

— Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach: $330,000

— Panama City: $330,000

— Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville: $327,700

— Lakeland-Winter Haven: $324,900

— Pensacola-Ferry Pass-Brent: $319,900

— Gainesville: $310,000

— Tallahassee: $306,950

— Ocala: $269,000

— Homosassa Springs: $260,000

— Sebring: $236,000
