Builder closes on property for new Hammock Dunes development

Developers have begun the process of getting approval to build 33 single family homes under the name Oasis at Hammock Dunes.

On April 5, the parcel adjacent to 2 Camino del Mar in Hammock Dunes was sold to developers Old Florida Family Inc.

Old Florida Family is a third generation of builders, specializing in niche and luxury development who have begun the process of getting approval to build 33 single family homes under the name Oasis at Hammock Dunes.

While the process is still ongoing, more information including home designs and pricing should be available within the coming weeks. As part of their commitment to the project, husband and wife team Karin and Ryan Mezzell have moved locally to manage the development.
