Nila Della Bella, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 6 Valencia St. to Karen Washnock and John Scotella, of Palm Coast, for $562,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, house and lift and 3,475 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
James Childs, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 215 Cauley Lane to Timothy and Rebecca Baugher, of Bunnell, for $235,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,266 square feet of living area.

Susan Rice, of Bunnell, sold the home at 10920 County Road 305 to Robert and Christine Gould, of Bunnell, for $170,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,446 square feet of living area.

Medow
J.P. and Margo Bacsick, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2568 Central Ave. to Peter and Linda McPhail, of Flagler Beach, for $336,250. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,729 square feet of living area.

Sugar Mill Plantation
Ashely and Terry McNitt Jr., of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 6 Audubon Lane to Thomas George Kuhn
and Audrey Leigh Stiles, of Ormond Beach, for $336,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,572 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $214,600.

Belle Terre
Rudolf Schroeder, of Stuttgart, Germany, sold the home at 286 Parkview Drive to Kenneth and Deborah Sia, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,427 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes
Robin Brown, of Haymarket, Va., sold the home at 17 Marbella Court to John Balzarini and Margaret Sporbert, of Holbrook, N.Y., for $310,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,058 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Aleksandr and Lana Dey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Burning Place to Boris Gubenko, Faina Myaskovskiy and Anatoliy Myaskovskiy, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,861 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Mike and Elena Probershteyn, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 19 Raemond Lane to Douglas Priest, of Palm Coast, for $146,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,255 square feet of living area. It sold earlier in 2013 for $101,000.

Linda Hoffmman and Patrick Gallagher, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 111 Raemoor Drive to Grayden Shropshire, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,797 square feet of living area. It sold earlier in 2013 for $110,000.

Bank of New York sold the home at 7 Robin Place to Alexander Druyan, of New York, for $129,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,180 square feet of living area.

Christopher Gann, of Rockfield, Ky., sold the home at 98 Rymshaw Drive to Lawrence Coppola, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 14 Crandon Court to Joanne Menotti, of Palm Coast, for $152,900. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,152 square feet of living area.

Mary Lou Hurt, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Ferngate Lane to Eva Franklin, of Palm Coast, for $127,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,838 square feet of living area.

Martin Aponte, Jeanine Aponte, Christopher Aponte and Nesya Ampollnl sold the home at 15 Fortune Lane to Bornready Holdings for $108,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,386 square feet of living area.

Kirk and Tzy-Yng Williams, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold the condo at 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 306, to Jean Brooks, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area.

Robert Thompson, Susan Thompson, Charles Crozier and Carol Crozier, of Clermont, sold the condo at 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2032, to Buffa Blanchet, of Palm Coast, for $258,300. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,007 square feet of living area.

Woodlands
Jose Manuel Gago and Maria Delcarmen Gago, of Kearny, N.J., sold the home at 2 Blare Drive to Raymond and Colleen Gagnon, of Flagler Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,694 square feet of living area.
