After nine years in business, The Holley Group has consolidated around a single brand, according to a news release. The Holley Group, AdAchieve Media and H2 Innovative Solutions are now TouchPoint Innovative Solutions Inc.
The firm offers three lines of business and will continue to help clients “optimize their communications touch points” by delivering increased customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

Their three lines of business include communication solutions, enrollment and publishing services. The firm provides executive consulting services that leverage proven strategies to help clients address a broad set of key business issues, including printing and publishing efficiencies, market of one communication execution, business process outsourcing viability, marketing effectiveness and ROMI, and sales operations and productivity.

TouchPoint provides print fulfillment, print management services and outsourcing services to Fortune 500 firms such as Anthem, CVS Health, Toyota and Xerox.
Recent work by TouchPoint includes launching magazines for Daytona State College, Flagler Chamber of Commerce, North Florida Community College and Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce

Watson Realty introduces new guaranteed sale program

Watson Realty Corp. instituted its Guaranteed Sale Program as a new way to reduce risk for customers looking to sell their homes, according to a news release.

Watson Realty promises to purchase participating customers’ homes if no other qualified buyer is found. In addition, customers who participate in the program have their homes appraised and inspected by a team of qualified professionals to determine an accurate listing price. If the home doesn’t sell on the market at that price, Watson Realty will but it.

“This program enables our customers to negotiate as stronger buyers even before having a solid contract on their current home,” Chairman of the Board of Watson Realty Corp William Watson Jr. said in a release. “We think of it as an insurance policy that allows our customers to have the confidence and support to find their dream home without worry about their current home selling.”

New hires and promotions

Rick Cazares was named the new director of employed physician marketing for Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners, a group of more than 160 primary care physicians and specialists for the Florida Hospitals in Flagler and Volusia counties, according to a news release.

Awards and recognition

The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys recognized Jared A. Frankel as one of 2018’s 10 Best Family Law Attorneys for client satisfaction, according to a news release.
Richard DeCeglie, of Watson Realty Corp. was named the top listing associate for May in the Palm Coast office, according to a news release.
