When did you arrive in Flagler County? What brought you here? My family and I moved here in 1987.

What is new in your business? We have expanded our delivery area. We have new cost saving deals.

What is the best business advice you have received, and how did it impact you? Even though we sell pizza, we are in the people business. The way it has impacted me is being able to give the customers what they want and having them come back for more.

What have you learned about leadership from running your business, and what is your leadership style? I have learned that everyone is equal and just as important as the others, no matter your job title. My leadership style is leading by actions and not by words.

What have been the biggest obstacles to opening or running your business? How have you overcome them? The biggest obstacle has been getting our name out there and proving we are not like other franchises. We use nothing but the freshest ingredients, no frozen dough, and everything from scratch.
