When did you arrive in Flagler County? What brought you here?

I came to Flagler County in 2015 looking for a community close to the beach and local attractions; I happen to stumble upon Palm Coast by mistake, but that mistake turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

What is new in your business?

After 6 successful years scaling my business with my previous brokerage, I decided it was time to take a leap and start my own branch working with Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty.

What is the best business advice you have received, and how did it impact you?

“Providing customers with exceptional service is an integral part of building repeat business, referrals, and lifetime clients.”

What have you learned about leadership from running your business, and what is your leadership style?

I’ve learned that to be a good leader you must acknowledge your team members' attributes. It's important to understand their goals and help get them there through support and training.

What have been the biggest obstacles to opening or running your business? How have you overcome them?

The biggest struggle we faced was maintaining business, keeping up with previous transactions, all while starting completely over. But, with thanks to my great team, it ended up being a seamless transition.
