The U.S. Small Business Association and the African American Entrepreneurs Association will enter into a two-year agreement to promote economic development and provide resources to help small businesses in the community, according to a news release.

The ceremony will take place at 12:30 p.m. on July 10 at the African American Cultural Society, located at 4422 N. U.S. Highway 1 in Palm Coast.

“This alliance between the SBA and the African American Entrepreneurs Association makes available resources for the underserved African American and minority business owners in our communities,” said Leslie F. Giscombe, the chairman, founder and CEO of the AAEA, in a release. 

Watson Realty Corp. launches new furnished resort rentals website

Watson Realty Corp. recently launched its new furnished resort rentals website, WatsonResortRentals.com, according to a news release. As part of the website’s development, Watson’s Resort Rentals team prioritized a clean, modern design free of clutter to ensure ease of use and navigability for users.

The new site allows customers to search for fully furnished rental properties by number of bedrooms, locations and duration of stay. Customers can read details and reviews on each property and then easily book their stays online.

"We are excited to introduce a new way to search for book rental properties with WatsonResortRentals.com," said Wendell Davis, executive vice president of Watson Realty's Property Management Division, in a release. "I'm confident the new site's ease of use combined with the resort rental team's exceptional customer service will keep our customers satisfied."

Two warehouses constructed in Bunnell

Beutlich Developments now owns two warehouses off of U.S. 1 in Bunnell, according to Deputy Clerk Donnie Wines. The two buildings are each 20,000 square feet. The groundbreaking ceremony for the warehouses was May 24.
