Biz Buzz: Jimmy John's to open store in Palm Coast

A commercial permit of $150,000 was recently issued to Adkins Construction Co. for the construction of a Jimmy John's restaurant in Palm Coast, according to the city of Palm Coast.

Jimmy John's corporate office and the owner of the impeding store, which is going to be located at 50 Plaza Drive, Unit 105, could not be reached for comment. There is currently no timetable for when the store will be under construction or when it will be opened.

European Village grand re-opening

European Village, located at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway in Palm Coast, is re-opening its weekly farmer's market from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. every Sunday, starting Oct. 14. 

Participating vendors have been hand-selected and will include: local grown and organic produce, culinary artisan olives, oils and vinegars, artisanal truffles and chocolates, fresh citrus juices, 100% Arabic fresh roasted coffee, fresh baked breads and desserts, cheeses and seafood, jerky seasonings, handmade soaps and lotions, amazing crystals and shells, beautiful crafts and stones, grass fed meats, culinary creations and art, native silversmith jewelry and more.
