Realty Executives Oceanside and AWT Property Management joined forces to participate in the ninth-annual Flagler Funcoast Bed Race on Saturday, Oct. 27, at Flagler Beach Veterans Park. The “Powered by Experts” quest was led by co-captains Bruce Vinnick, Realty Executives Oceanside broker, and Andrew Trotter, CEO of AWT Property Management.

"We set out to maintain a three-year winning streak," Vinnick said in a release, "but the real victory was team-building fun while raising money for the youth programs in our community."

Awards

  • The Daytona Regional Chamber recognized Intracoastal Bank as "Small Business of the Year" with 11-50 employees. Small Business Division Chair Mike Mitchener announced that Intracoastal Bank won this honor during the Daytona Regional Chamber's fifth-annual awards luncheon.
  • Yellowstone Landscape was awarded two "Silver Awards of Excellence" by the National Association of Landscape Professionals.
  • Edward Jones ranked No. 4 on the newly released Best Workplace for Women by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE. The firm is the highest-ranking financial-services firm on the list.
  • The following agents with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties were named the top agents for October: Jonita McCree (top producer), Jeanine Volpe (top listing agent) and Ana Medeiros (top sales agent).
  • The African American Entrepreneurs Association  congratulated Bernice Gordon for being the first recipient of their black tie fundraising gala "Mother of a Successful Entrepreneurs Award."

  • Florida Hospital Flagler named Alexander Kovalev as the hospital’s new nurse manager for the operating room, endoscopy and sterile processing.
