+ Flagler Home Builders Association adds 34 in membership drive
During a recent two-day membership drive — dubbed “The Power of One” — the Flagler Home Builders Association brought on 34 new members. The additions mark a 19% increase in membership for the 28-year-old association.

+ SeaGate Homes pulls most single-family permits in 2010 in city of Palm Coast
SeaGate Homes, Flagler County’s largest homebuilder, pulled a total of 31% of all single-family home permits issued in 2010, in Palm Coast.

The 17-year-old company received a total of 34 out of 110 permits issued to 19 other professional builders, one nonprofit agency and four private owners, .

+ Florida Hospital Flagler begins construction; roadway closures expected
As part of the parking and stormwater construction currently underway at Florida Hospital Flagler Hospital, portions of the campus roads will be closed March 2 to March 29. During this time, all traffic from State Road 100 will enter the hospital via its east or west entrances.

The construction will allow for future land development and stormwater systems, as well as create more parking that is closer to the building. A portion of the new lot will be ready for use by June.
