+RE/MAX Flagstaff recognizes partners
The staff at RE/MAX Flagstaff in Palm Coast hosted a party Nov. 1 in appreciation of cooperating brokers and other professionals — from mortgage brokers to handymen — who aid in the sale of properties. The evening included drawings for prizes and food.
“You can’t do it by yourself,” said Annette Gardinal, a broker and co-owner of the office. “It takes a whole team of people to make a sale happen, so we wanted to say thank you.”

+Intracoastal Bank presented Corporate Pinnacle Chairman’s Award
The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners recognized Intracoastal Bank Nov. 5 at its regular meeting for its community involvement. Bruce Page, president and chief executive officer, accepted the 2012 Corporate Pinnacle Chairman’s Award on behalf of the bank.

+Sandra McDermott completes continuing education
Coast Title Insurance Agency’s Sandra McDermott recently completed 20 hours of continuing education courses about calculating title insurance premiums, title insurance claims and water rights issues in Florida. The department of Financial Services Licensing Bureau requires 10 hours of continuing education every two years.

+Pet Paradise hosts fourth annual Food for Paws Pet Food Drive
For the fourth year, Pet Paradise is collecting food to benefit local animal welfare groups and pet owners in need. The drive runs through Dec. 31. To date, the annual pet food drive has collected and distributed more than 36,000 pounds of pet food.
