An oceanfront Beverly Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of July 31 to Aug. 6. Debra and James Wingo, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2719 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Dale and Rebecca Mitchell, of Flagler Beach, for $1,158,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a dunewalk and 3,517 square feet of living area.

Colony Park
Margaret Whitaker, sold the home at 802 Bacher St. to Patrick and Emmalyn Maellaro, of Bunnell, for $68,500. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,231 square feet of living area.

Flagler Truck Farms
Amanda Carter Brannon, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 1725 County Road 2006 W. to Amanda and Nicholas Stephens, of Neptune, New Jersey, for $96,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,394 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $127,000.

Atlanta Beach
Seaboard Property Holdings LLC sold the home at 2708 S. Daytona Ave. to Robert Kassebaum, of Flagler Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Grand Haven
Ida Elizabeth Stevenson and John Donald Gordon, trustees of the Ann J. Gordon Supplemental Needs Trust, and Susan A Gordon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Sand Pine Drive to Paula and Richard Iuliucci, of Smirthtown, New York, for $415,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,223 square feet of living area.
Mark and Eftihia Lasoff, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 5 Ibis Court S. to Barbara Ford, of Palm Coast, for $281,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,448 square feet of living area.
Sidney Rogers and Anne Rogers, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Oasis Circle to Karen Gill, trustee of the Kiwi Moon Revocable Living Trust, for $289,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,181 square feet of living area.

Marya Frask, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Bayside Drive to Mary Miele, of Palm Coast, for $138,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,625 square feet of living area.
Ida Lax, of Orlando, sold the home at 47 Bickford Drive to Robert Freeman, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two bath, a pool and 2,023 square feet of living area.

Harris and Frances Harris, of Palm Coast, for $206,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,104 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $150,000.
Ruth Virginia Weidig sold the home at 17 Flametree Court to Andrew and Carrie Lynn Brenner, of Casselberry, for $245,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,109 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
Christine DeMarco, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Zebrawood Court to Steven Lloyd, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,563 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Newbury Reo 2013 LLC sold the home at 3 Universal Lane to Michael and Karen Knox, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet of living area.
