Beachside house sells for $630,000

A house in Armand Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 2-8 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Renate Ruhs, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Mahoe Drive N. to Vijay and Michele Jain, of Palm Coast, for $630,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool and 2,966 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Mark Cantor, of Boynton Beach, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 824, to Scott and Steffi Keller, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $395,000.

Linda Lee, of Palm Coast, sold 53 Village Circle to Charles Fiore, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,000.

Atlanta Beach

Levetta Fletcher, of MacClenny, sold 2500 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Andrew Norman, of Great Falls, Virginia, for $570,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,193 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $840,000.

Cypress Knoll

Susan Comba, individually and as trustee, sold 117 Evans Drive to Green Hill Real Estate LLC, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,853 square feet.

Grand Haven

Judith Isakson, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, sold 12 Sweetwater Court to Michelle and Barney Hill, of Palm Coast, for $375,000. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,559 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Philip and Margaret Lloyd, of Akron, Ohio, sold 26 Marbella Court to David and Susan Kehoe, of Palm Coast, for $526,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,933 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $513,300.

Indian Trails

Lisa and Kenneth Buenker, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Burnside Drive to Raul and Fatima Ribeiro, of Palm Coast, for $177,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,805 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $245,000.

Palm Harbor

Gary and Helen Lindquist sold 22 Clementina Court to Louis and Rosemarie Figliolia, of Palm Coast, for $460,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,091 square feet.

Ronald and Mary Walko, of Fairborn, Ohio, sold 8 Corning Court to Joseph and Sandra Tester, of Panama City, for $330,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.

Victor and Tamara Naumova sold 12 Flamingo Drive to Manuel and Herminia Amaral, of Palm Coast, for $162,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,722 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $135,000.

Pine Grove

Daniel Douglas, of Palm Coast, sold 65 Pilgrim Drive to Said Ziyani, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $209,900.

Pine Lakes

Candido and Flora Baetiong, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Walla Place to Arthur Moreira, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,464 square feet.

Janice Oliveto, of Fresno, California, sold 14 Westrock Lane to Thomas and Joan O’Brien, of Hampton, New Hampshire, for $220,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,641 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $123,900.

Stephen and Shirley Wu, individually and as trustees, sold 19 Weyanoke Lane to Richard Harris and Carmen Campbell, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,131 square feet.

Seminole Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 11 Seagoing Trail to Tracy Einwich-Bridoux and Erick Bridoux, of Palm Coast, for $219,276. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet.
