A Flagler Beach tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 30 through Aug. 6. Kathryn Durbin Fiyak, Karen Durbin Peacock, Kaitlin Durbin, Norma C. Durbin, Dennis Brown and Norma Durbin, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2947 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Frank Bryan, of Boynton Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area.

Kenneth and Judy Guarnieri, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2156 S. Flagler Ave. to Gina Podsen, of Epworth, Ga., for $179,000. Built 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It sold in 1995 for $74,500.

Christopher Baines, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 25 Oak Lane to Earl O’Neill and Tara Tranter, of Delray Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,219 square feet of living area.

Carolyn Hunley, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Hidden Lake Way to Darlene Davis, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,881 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $295,000.
William and Nancy Aucone, of Oyster Bay, N.Y., sold the home at 15 Oasis Circle to Rosanna Di Domenico, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,639 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $430,000.
Carla Atkinson, of Lamont, sold the home at 42 Shinnecock Drive to John and Donata Manuck, of Niantic, Conn., for $217,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,883 square feet of living area.

Preston and Marion Poole, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Lewis Shire Place to Manuel and Irene Cascalheira, of Union, N.J., for $100,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $128,900.

Jerry and Carol Service, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Riverwalk Drive S. to William McDonagh, of Palm Coast, for $299,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,195 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 17 Princeton Lane to Xu Chen and Bingxue Cai, of Los Altos, Calif., for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,239 square feet of living area.
ALT Homes LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 169 Pritchard Lane to William and Maria Seibel, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,348 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $81,200.

Vladimir Ussadin and Svetlana Hartman, of North Port, sold the home at 10 Kaslo Court to Thomas Cook, of Palm Coast, for $177,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,315 square feet of living area.
Kondaur Capital Corp., of Orange, Calif., sold the home at 49 Laguna Forest Drive to Shane and Ashley Stover, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,630 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $173,800.

Maryann Foote, of Jamestown, R.I., sold the home at 17 Sea Trail to Terry Clark, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,624 square feet of living area.
