A house on the beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 27 to July 3 in Flagler County. New Street Trust Limited, as trustee, sold 3489 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Aderholt LLC, of Ocala, for $1,173,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, an elevator, dune walk and 3,884 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $1 million. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.
Condos
Jackson Streeter, individually and as trustee, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 919, to Paulette Stein, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $452,000.
Kathleen and Douglas Duke, of Palm Coast, sold 1436 Central Ave., Unit 1436, to Joseph Debes, of Baltimore, Maryland, for $279,900. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,436 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $85,000.
Richard and Sonia Hoponick, of Shelton, Connecticut, sold 2001 Palm Drive, Unit G103, to Manuel and Laura Soares, of Flagler Beach, for $211,500. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,567 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.
Atlanta Beach
Kevin and Robin Hardman, and Richard, Coleman and Robert Hardman sold 2624 Central Ave. to Arlen Duncan II and Cindy Seidman, of Flagler Beach, for $510,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,950 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $365,000.
Belle Terre
Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Praver Lane to Joshua and Kristi Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $229,900. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,860 square feet.
Cinnamon Grove Village
Jimmie and Debra Gonce, individually and as trustees, sold 24 Cinnamon Grove Lane to Donna Coleman, of Palm Coast, for $530,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,528 square feet.
Grand Reserve and Golf Club
D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 135 Golf View Court to Sherri Scala-Sanders, of Bunnell, for $204,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet.
Hammock Beach
Ussery Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 83 Ocean Oaks Lane to James and Rosemary Kerwin, of St. Johns, New York, for $1 million. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,614 square feet.
Lehigh Woods
Robert Riskamm sold 55 Radcliffe Drive to Lisa and Michael Manganella, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $74,800.
Marineland Acres
Palm Coast Beach Properties LLC, of Hawkinsville, Georgia, sold 53 Ocean St. to Ervin and Tamara Williams, of Valdosta, Georgia, for $435,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,083 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $375,500.
Morningside
William and Susan Studstill, as trustees, sold 600 Cumberland Drive to Marcel and Jackie Robert, of Flagler Beach, for $500,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,876 square feet.
Painters Walk
Reed and Elise Easton, of Sandyston, New Jersey, sold 3035 Painters Walk to Robert and Darien Ferrara, of Flagler Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $400,000.
Palm Harbor
Manuel and Laura Soares, Daniel Soares and Sandra Duarte sold 15 Flemington Lane to Joao and Ana Fonseca, of Union, New Jersey, for $285,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,993 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $285,000.
Leroy and Yvonne Reeves, and Samuel and Julie Elliott, of Palm Coast, sold 91 Cochise Court to Peter and Paula Plocharczyk, of Bristol, Connecticut, for $254,900. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.
Pine Grove
WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 99 Pine Circle Drive to Annette and Robert Tinkle, of St. Augustine, for $201,490. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,045 square feet.
Pine Lakes
Babette Moore, Susan Killebrew and Jennifer Wagner, of Cooper City, sold 27 Lago Vista Place to Peter and Deborah Johnson, of Sandpoint, Idaho, for $181,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,618 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $115,000.
Sylvia Harrison, of Grapevine, Arkansas, sold 59 Westmount Lane to Carletto Estate Properties Inc., of New Hyde Park, New York, for $160,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,758 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $104,000.
Plantation Bay
Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 866 Creekwood Drive to Catherine Hudson and David Hanna, as trustees, for $640,007. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,595 square feet.
Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 882 Creekwood Drive to Bret and Lisa Geremia, of Ormond Beach, for $512,970. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,740 square feet.
James and Linda Shivel, of Flagler Beach, sold 983 Stone Lake Drive to James and Madeleine Borth, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,354 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $465,000.
Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 817 Creekwood Drive to Jeffrey Miller and Jennifer Felix, of Ormond Beach, for $324,999. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet.
Sea Colony
Gregory Kavinsky, of Medina, Ohio, sold 46 Medford Drive to Jeanne Ackman, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,416 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $109,500.
Yacht Harbor
Margaret Ryan, of Merrick, New York, sold 299 Yacht Harbor Drive to Ulysse Ajram and Sandra Chan-Ajram, of Pam Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, an elevator, boat dock and 4,306 square feet.
