A total of 95 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Sept. 15 and Wednesday, Sept. 21.
Three commercial permits were issued, including one for $429,825 to R.D. Michaels, for an AT&T building at 5180 State Road 100. Another $15,000 permit was issued to Palmetto Builders, for 3N Motion’s new dance studio, at 5 Utility Drive. The last went to Coquina Real Estate, for a 462-square-foot tennis court canopy at 1290 Belle Terre Parkway.
A $6 million commercial application was also submitted by Elkins Constructions, for Florida Hospital Flagler's two-story, 34,000-square-foot medical plaza, at 120 Cypress Edge Drive.
One occupancy order was issued, to Miracle Ear on 4996 Palm Coast Parkway.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Florida Green Homes, for a single-family home at 62 Sloganeer Trail.
