A total of 135 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, June 2, and Wednesday, June 8.

Two commercial renovation permits were issued, as well. DiMare Construction was issued a $16,000 commercial alteration permit for the construction of four modular classroom buildings for Christ the King Church, at 5625 N. U.S. Highway 1. Manley Construction was also issued a permit, for $73,000, for interior renovations to Doctors Office, at 315 Palm Coast Parkway N.E., Suite 4.

A commercial certificate of occupancy was issued to Pinch-a-Penny, at 7 Old Kings Road N, Unit 36.

Occupancy permits were also issued to Art and Soul art studio, at 25 Pine Cone Drive; Paul Guntharp / Attorney, at 50 Leanni Way; and Quality Experts Transportation, at 21 Utility Drive.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to SeaGate Homes, for a $291,000 single-family residence at 6 Eastlake Drive.
