Atlantic-Coastal Properties Group LLC sold the home at 4 Ocean Dune Circle to Stephen Hencinski and Mary Calderone, of Arnold, Maryland, for $840,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,651 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Melinda Hall, of Bunnell, sold the home at 704 Palm St. E. to Patrick Buckley, of Santa Rosa, California, for $110,000. Built in 1975, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,052 square feet of living area.

Peggy Lutz, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2400 S. Oceanshore Blvd. to Charles and Jacqueline Uhl, of Blanchard, Oklahoma, for $660,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 4,176 square feet of living area.

Morningside
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 2308 Flagler Ave. to Wayne Roadarmel, of Maple Shade, New Jersey, for $227,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,452 square feet of living area.
