Myron and Patricia Wells, of Buena Vista, Ga., sold the home at 15 Ocean Dune Circle to Todd and Valerie Elliott, of Orlando, for $925,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a dune walkover and 2,752 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $1,500,000,

Pebble Beach Village
William Brack, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 6 Windsong Cove to Davis and Jacqueline Terry, of Hawthorne, for $146,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $69,900.

Stonebridge
Fred and Theresa Conrad, of South Gibson, Pa., sold the home at 2303 Stonebridge Way to Paul and Emily Yasbeck, of Leesburg, for $45,000. This unfinished home will have four bedrooms, two baths and 2,408 square feet when completed.

Hidden Lakes
D.R. Horton, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 5 Diamond Trail to Grant and Janet, of Palm Coast, for $227,537. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,368 square feet.

Cinnamon Beach
Jeffrey and Nancy Southmayd, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 625 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Frederick and Jacqueline Keever, of Hilton Head Island, S.C., for $330,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $728,500.

Hammock Beach
Hammock Beach III LLC sold condominium Unit 842-E, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Oceancrest Drive, to Robert Ziomek, of Minnetrista, Minn., for $550,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Mike Heines, of Chesterland, Ohio, sold condominium Unit 1314 of The Villas at Hammock Beach, 15 Ocean Crest Drive, to Donald and Pamela Weber, of Alpharetta, Ga., for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $435,000.

Milagros Obias, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Bedford Drive to Michael Chwick, of Miami, for $175,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area.

Barry Ernst, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit C268, The Condominiums at Yacht Harbor Village, 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, to Mignon Williams, of Shrewsbury, N.J., for $190,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $180,000.
