A house in the Golden Beach neighborhood on the beachside was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 30 to Sept. 5 in Flagler County. Gary Shelton, of Elkton, sold 3029 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Joseph Horrox, of Ormond Beach, for $850,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, an elevator, dune walk and 2,394 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $835,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Charles and Linda Yuska, of Herndon, Virginia, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1602, to Lynn Pellegrino, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 1992, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,534 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $850,000.

Alan Alvarado, of Valdosta, Georgia, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 507, to Ahmed Bayoumi and Rania Karam-Bayoumi, of Warsaw, New York, for $415,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,075,000.

Wayne and Dawn Ouellette, of Daytona Beach, sold 3651 S. Central Ave., Unit 103, to Steve and Ginger Carroll, of Ocala, for $319,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $295,000.

Joanne and John Walker, of Holtsville, New York, sold 4600 E. Moody Blvd., Unit 12C, to Peter Hoffmann, of Bunnell, for $121,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 951 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $149,900.

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 8 Country Club Harbor Circle to Kenneth and Teresa Nasif, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,871 square feet.

Fairchild Oaks

Randall Cieri, of Flagler Beach, sold 4 Whitehall Court to Gary Kerns and Veronica Moore, of Flagler Beach, for $278,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,942 square feet.

Grand Haven

Aleksandr Glukharev and Aleksandra Fleszar sold 5 Long Lake Way to Arlene Spencer, of Palm Coast, for $460,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,710 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $425,000.

Grand Landings Phase One

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 135 Crepe Myrtle Court to Victor Quintero, of Palm Coast, for $234,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 122 Grand Reserve Drive to Ryan and Nikki Pennella, of Bunnell, for $275,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Secured Property Solutions LLC, of Lake Mary, sold 1 La Costa Place to James and Michelle Clark, of Palm Coast, for $462,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,735 square feet. It sold in April for $360,000.

Lehigh Woods

Marina Myaskovskaya and Tomasz Wojcik, of Staten Island, sold 16 Ryall Lane to James and Sheryl Giles, of Pierson, for $210,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 3,187 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $205,000.

Kanec LLC, of Los Angeles, sold 5 S. Rolls Royce Court to Randall Cieri, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,356 square feet. It sold in 2004 fir $125,500.

Not in Subdivision

Kristina and Donika Berisha, of Flagler Beach, sold 18 Magnolia St. to Ronda Jo Jarvis, of Flagler Beach, for $304,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,699 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $300,000.

Painter’s Walk

Maddalena Santinon, of Speonk, New York, sold 3001 Painters Walk to Nancy Abrams, of Miami, for $471,545. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, an elevator and 3,013 square feet.

Palm Haven

Patrick and Brittney Farrell, of Flagler Beach, sold 3660 Central Ave. to Jolanta Tombarkiewicz, of Fort Lauderdale, for $482,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,448 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $260,000.

Pine Grove

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 84 Park Place Circle to Juan Ricart and Luz Vegerano-Rosado, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,663 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 14 Pinwheel Lane to Amanda Shults and Jeffrey Shults, of Palm Coast, for $239,040. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,117 square feet.

Gerard and Barbara O’Gara, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, sold 11 Porter Lane to Lawrence Lajoie and Laurey Dubrule, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,530 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $185,000.

Plantation Bay

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 628 Southlake Drive to Phyllis Kramer, of Ormond Beach, for $483,500. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,335 square feet.

Catherine Roeder, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, sold 28 Treetop Circle to Gary and Heidi Gutkowski, of Savannah, Georgia, for $185,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,430 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $113,100.

Palm Coast Plantation

Humberto and Blanca Revollo, of Richmond, Virginia, sold 110 Emerald Lake Drive to John and Deborah Walters, of Palm Coast, for $540,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 3,235 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $891,300.

Seminole Woods

Andrew and Theresa Rienzo sold 2 Uthorne Place to Ngoc-Trinh Tu and Victor Le, of Chicago, for $250,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,679 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $187,500.

Arkadial LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Sloganeer Trail to Ira and Mildred Weinstein, of Palm Coast, for $239,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,726 square feet.
