A Sunrise Beach home with an ocean view in Flagler Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 17 to Oct. 21. Regions Bank sold the home at 2101 Oceanshore Blvd. to James Davis Jr. and Dorene Davis, from Hampton, for $510,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,736 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1,325,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Charlotte Keyt, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 94 Palm Drive to James and Melinda Phillips, of Barto, Pa., for $103,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,118 square feet of living area.

Sunrise Beach
Robert Souza, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2105 Central Ave. to William and Kathy Salinsky, of Flagler Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,830 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $260,000.

Pebble Beach Village
Linda Lubrant, of Pawleys Island, S.C., sold the home at 3 Windsong Cove to Debbi Black and Maryann Audreychak, of Hacketstown, N.J., for $140,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,221 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $139,000.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 41 Pershing Lane to Riamundo and Filomena Silva, of Derry, N.H., for $95,000. Built in 2005 it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $151,800.

Grand Haven
Edward and Margaret McGilly, of St. James, N.Y., sold the home at 64 Lagare Street to Nancy Avera, of Ponte Vedra Beach, for $250,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen and 1,975 square feet of living area .

Indian Trails
Homer and Madelyn Woody, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 32 Bainbridge Lane to Nancy Cubitt, of Hallstead, Pa., for $145,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,118 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $268,500.

Lehigh Woods
Barbara Reineke, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Renworth Lane to Diana Sweet, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,766 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $165,500.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the home at 11 Ricker Place to Joseph Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $124,900. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,814 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage sold the home at 53 Riviere Lane to Stephen and Brenda Notice, of Palm Coast, for $108,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,284 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $225,900.

SMT Properties Group LLC and BKG Properties LLC sold the home at 61 Riviere Drive to Pantaleao and Maria Rebimbas, of Scotch Plains, N.J., for $150,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,779 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $113,800. The pool was added in 2005.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 67 Round Thorn Drive to Robert and M. Russell Ernst, of Matawan, N.J., for $105,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,940 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $219,000.

Matanzas Woods
Accursio and Giuseppina Venezia, of Port Orange, sold the home at 49 Leidel Drive to Michael Ritchie, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,941 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $295,000.

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold the home at 73 London Drive to Nafissah Exantus, of Palm Coast, for $93,591. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,928 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $265,000.

Palm Harbor
Rober and Jill Bonn, of Sartell, Minn., sold the salt-water canal home at 3 Criston Court to Ronald and Linda Trosin, of Easton, Pa., for $359,000. Built in 2006 by the sellers, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat house, a dock and 2,462 square feet of living area.

Maricel Balanon, of Castro Valley, Calif., sold the home at 35 Francis Lane to TJKR LLCC, of Palm Coast, for $57,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Anatoly Rosenshtein, of Los Angeles, sold the home at 37 Pine Grove Drive to Olga Monkevitch, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1.986 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $225,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 4 Pittman Drive to Vyacheslav and Svetlana Sherman, of San Jose, Calif., for $100,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,510 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $159,800.

Pine Lakes
Dean and Meliss Barber, of Lake Mary, sold the home at 15 Woodglen Place to Gonzalo Dominguez and Kristin Kultgen-Dominguez, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,540 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $335,000.

William and Leigh Thompson, of Palm Coast, sold Condominium Parcel 404 in Pine Lakes Village to Anthony Montaldi, of Trenton, N.J., for $120,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,665 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage sold the home at 28 Smith Trail to Timothy and Janet Sheldrake, of Palm Coast, for $99,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,867 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $246,900.

Jared and Auriluz Barton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Seaton Valley Path to Marc Morgan, of Palatka, for $75,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,841 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $202,900.

Applied Building Development of Orlando PC sold the home at 10 New Oak Leaf Drive to Frederick and Theresa Griffiths, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Build in 2010 by the seller, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,614 square feet of living area.
