A house in Yacht Harbor was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 6-12 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Joshua Rosenbaum and Samantha Boomer, of Palm Coast, sold 294 Yacht Harbor Drive to John Sherdel and Lucia Camara, of Palm Coast, for $885,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator, swimming pool and 3,235 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

James Brabbs and Donald Sweeney sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 909, to Antonio and Jeanne Rezic, of Miami, for $403,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,275,000.

Edward Spitzer and Yvonne Payne, of Easton, Pennsylvania, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 501, to Michael and Janice Rotella, as trustees, for $345,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,005 square feet.

Maurice and Connie Mausbach, of Daytona Beach, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 607, to Steven Sveda and Giovanna Rodriguez, of Flagler Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.

Belle Terre

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 77 Princess Ruth Lane to Carol Harris, as trustee, for $190,990. Built in 2020, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,806 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Marlo and Maria Feola, of Monroe, Connecticut, sold 59 Evans Drive to Zemin Luo and Xiaofeng Wang, of Enola, Pennsylvania, for $410,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,743 square feet.

Hidden Lakes

Robert and Katalin Cote sold 37 Auberry Drive to Carla and Michael O’Connell, of Bristol, Indiana, for $270,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $215,000.

Indian Trails

Toni King, of Palm Coast, sold 88 Barrington Drive to Qiang Wang and Weilei Zhang, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,928 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $215,000.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Dorothy Hodges, individually and as trustee, sold 28 San Carlos Drive to Deborah and David Watt, of Leesburg, for $310,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $227,000.

Lehigh Woods

DLP Brite Homes LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 12 Rae Drive to Pamela Southerton and Sherry Morris, of Palm Coast, for $239,400. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,571 square feet.

Stephen and Stephanie McClellan, of Huntsville, Alabama, sold 21 Radford Lane to Christopher Smeraldi, of Palm Coast, for $229,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,527 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $137,000.

Eduardo and Estrella Martinez, of Palm Coast, sold 73 Reidsville Drive to Nathalie Piedrahita, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,538 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $131,900.

Michael Kales Jr., of Palm Coast, sold 29 Red Clover Lane to Carlos Cunha, of Hillside, New Jersey, for $160,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $89,000.

Dale and Susan Tuccio sold 64 County Road 35 to Robert and Teresa Hellman, of Bunnell, for $295,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,873 square feet.

Caroline Storr sold 3561 Central Ave. to Daniel and Christel Demers, of Flagler Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,759 square feet.

Palm Harbor

John and Kathleen Organ, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Fernham Lane to Christopher and Gretchen Corrado, of McMurray, Pennsylvania, for $334,900. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,193 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $230,000.

Manuel Figueiredo, of Palm Coast, sold 43 Cormorant Court to Laura Musto, of Shirley, New York, for $320,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,518 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,000.

Joaquim Barbosa, as trustee, sold 53 Felwood Lane to Charles and Ann Nichols, as trustees, for $274,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,808 square feet.

Lourdes Altieri, individually and as trustee, sold 95 Florida Park Drive to Christine and Damir Sijacic, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1.808 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $75,000.

Gail McDonough and Jack Mcanelly, of York, South Carolina, for $237,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,742 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $296,300.

Teobaldo Zavala, of Aiken, South Carolina, sold 1 Blaketon Court to Teresa O’Brien, of Palm Coast, for $179,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,920 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $180,000.
