The top seller for the week of Oct. 5-11 was a house in Palm Harbor. Jason and Dina Gilliam, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Old Oak Drive N. to Katherine and Ira Leemon, of Palm Coast, for $799,000. Built in 2006, the house has six bedrooms, three baths and 4,161 square feet.

Condos

Brown Dog Beach LLC, of Larchmont, New York, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 617, to Jeff and Sherry Rolczynski, of Davis Junction, Illinois, for $360,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $561,000.

Edward and Maria Wilczynski, of Berlin, Connecticut, sold 200 Riverview Bend S., Unit 912, to Christopher and Leah Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,636 square feet.

Elizabeth Yoho, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Pine Hurst Place, Unit 6, to Karin Vella, of Pawling, New York, for $118,500. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,177 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $87,000.

Belle Terre

Julia Malkes, of Staten Island, New York, sold 2 Palm Lane to David and Sarah Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $211,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $190,000.

Cassandra Pleasant, of Swannanoa, North Carolina, sold 29 Pepperdine Drive to Dodd and Paula Francis, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,264 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $136,500.

Ameris Bank, of Brunswick, Georgia, sold 55 Eric Drive to Saul and Jennifer Biancaniello, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $229,000.

Bellagio Customs Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 167 Aspen Way to Roger Hophan and Robin Zabel, of Palm Coast, for $409,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,503 square feet.

Geraldine Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Tanglewood Court to Edmund and Francis Giancola, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,383 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $204,600.

Dennis and Joy Migliaro, of Palm Coast, sold 21 Riviera Estates Court to Lance and Janet Nemanic, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,608 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $145,000.
