A house in the Grand Haven neighborhood was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 14-20 in Flagler County. Ronald and Virginia Bruckert, individually and as trustees, sold 46 Waterview Drive N. to John and Gail Durkin, of Palm Coast, for $960,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,974 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $425,000.

Bulow Woods

Patrik Petruska, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Trail Run to Allen and Wendy Harralson, of Flagler Beach, for $390,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,712 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $410,000.

Grand Haven

Geoffrey and Linda Moebius, of Palm Coast, sold 197 Willow Oak Way to James and Sharon Harvey, of Bristol, Virginia, for $740,000. Built in 2010, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,608 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $695,000.

B.A. and J.J. Hindle, of Yorkshire, United Kingdom, sold 24 Sandpiper Lane to Laura and Robert Baca, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,581 square feet.

Robert and Lynn Sherblom, of Fort Myers, sold 69 Belleaire Drive to Robert Franks, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,923 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $268,500.
