A house in the Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 22-28 in Flagler County. Clifton and Debra Sheffield, of Flagler Beach, sold 9 Hammock Oak Court to Louis and Gail Lizotte, of Palm Coast, for $1,175,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, boat house and 4,847 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,050,000.

Condos

Roger and Kathryn Goddu, of Lake Forest, Illinois, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 201, to John and Tina Haack, of Palm Coast, for $1 million. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,100 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $992,900.

James Petritz and James Loomis sold 200 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 243, to James Stasicky, of Palm Coast, for $222,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $330,000.

William and Donna Baker, of Tonawanda, New York, sold 200 Riverview Bend S., Unit 923, to Guerogi and Eliza Vozniak, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 15 Country Club Harbor Circle to Joseph Chippich and Virginia Ward, of Palm Coast, for $314,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.

Vitoriano and Maria Chaves, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Egan Drive to David and Valerie Smith, of Palm Coast, for $350,646. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,593 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $255,000.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 66 Eagle Lake Drive to John Huzar Jr., of Flagler Beach, for $267,500. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,330 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Celeste Connolly, of St. Augustine, sold 13 Laguna Court to Leona Brent, of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2004 for 315,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Landon Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 104 Windsong Court to John and Nancy Newman, of Ormond Beach, for $371,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,841 square feet.

Indian Trails

Johnny and Ethel Richardson, of Kansas City, Kansas, sold 20 Biscay Lane to Timothy Blow, Carol Rouse and Shirley Prevo, of Altamont, New York, for $350,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,516 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $177,000.

Ramon and Lauren Ramoz, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Bowman Place to Harvey and Bonnie Schultz, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,020 square feet.

Grzegorz and Agnieszka Muczynski, of Bayside, New York, sold 2 Burning View Lane to Michael Ritornato Sr., of Palm Coast, for $206,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,358 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $257,600.

Olde Florida Title LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 43 Bronson Lane to Nizam and Lynette Ali, of Greenville, South Carolina, for $183,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Antonio Silva and Mari Vicaino, of Palm Coast, sold 16 Roxboro Drive to Joao and Maria Nunes, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,138 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $190,000.

Mary O’Hara sold 3402 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Kristina and Mark Hample, of Flagler Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $464,500.

Palm Harbor

Robert Lerch Jr., of Sarasota, sold 18 Crabtree Court to Lorraine and Scott Denoro, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, for $410,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock and 2,152 square feet.

Vojtech Chotolvinsky and Michaela Lebabylova, of Daytona Beach, sold 20 Fernwood Lane to Edward and Joan Martin, of Palm Coast, for $240,750. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,741 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $157,000.

Marcus and Kimberly Harvell, of St. Augustine, sold 16 Coral Reef Court S. to Norman Bayless Jr., of Palm Coast, for $248,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $175,000.

Nancy Ruiz, of Orlando, sold 9 Pickston Lane to Delwyn and Linda Lufkin, of Homestead, for $147,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $169,500.
