Wilbert and Lori Lee, of Rome, Georgia, sold 626 Woodbridge Drive to Vera Duren, of Ormond Beach, for $771,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,056 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $700,000.

Condos

Michael and Kristen Olosky, of Dusseldorf, Germany, sold 900 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 832, to Laura Evans and James Byrnes, of Long Beach, New York, for $440,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $469,900

Katherine Pierce, of Alachua, sold 11 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1404, to Jeffrey and Patricia Christopher, of Newbury Park, California, for $331,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $260,000.
