A house in Island Estates was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 15-21. U.S. Bank National Association sold 33 Island Estates Parkway to Leonid Koulik, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, pool and 3,933 square feet.

Condos

Gary and Janet Rodgers sold 4 Marina Point Place, Unit 4, to David Thorburn, of Palm Coast, for $450,000. Built in 2004, the condo has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,476 square feet. It was sold in 2015 for $375,000.

Cameron Orr and Jill Orr, of Palm Coast sold 102 Club House Drive, Unit 104, to David Carter and Stacy Brown, of Orange Park, for $347,990. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,297 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $290,000.

Brian and Hilary Munson, and Christopher and Kristina Greco, of Tampa, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit C204, to Thomas and Nancy Richards, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,015 square feet. It was sold in 2006 for $403,000.

Belle Terre

Oswald Matthon, of Hartford, Connecticut, sold 80 Putter Drive to Victor and Migdalia Rosado, of of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,006 square feet. It was sold in 2002 for $113,500.

Country Club Harbor

Joseph and Donna Bendig sold 26 Country Club Harbor Circle to Ales Pelikan and Monika Pelikanova, of Palm Coast, for $385,000. Built in 2016, the house has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,892 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $380,000.

Fuquay

Frank Massello and Francis Massello, of Flagler Beach, sold 1819 Flagler Ave. South to Melanie Todoroff, of Flagler Beach, for $292,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,984 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $280,000.

Wayne Roadarmel, of Maple Shade, New Jersey, sold 205 15th St. South to Richard and Shelly Bowen, of Flagler Beach, for $274,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,243 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $360,000.

Grand Haven

Francis and Katherine Cosgrove sold 8 Shinnecock Court to Barry Naus and Judith Moyer, of Palm Coast, for $342,005. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,440 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $273,300.

Marietta Marchio, James Marchio, Erin Cameron and Lorin Kraeling, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Sailfish Drive to Marietta Marchio, of Palm Coast, for $284,000. Built in 1999, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,850 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $135,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., sold 227 Grand Reserve Drive to Imelda Luzania Ayala and William Rodriguez Cartagena, of Bunnell, for $243,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,135 square feet.

Anthony Accardi, of Teaneck, New Jersey, sold 54 Barring Place to William and Mary Tompson, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,437 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $281,000.

Daniel and Sandra Bastos, of Palm Coast, sold 51 Barkwood Lane to Kyle and Jamie Bodnar, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,093 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Alexander and Margaret Sandler, of Rochester, Michigan, sold 20 Rippling Brook Drive to James and Patricia Monroe, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $146,700.

Wells Fargo Bank sold 4 Spanish Oaks Court to Suzanne Noyes, of Rutherford, New Jersey, for $480,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,525 square feet.
