A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 8-14 in Flagler County. Nancy Fox, of Palm Coast, sold 14 San Gabriel Lane to Kenneth and Janette Lawn, of York, United Kingdom for $650,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, pool and 3,598 square feet. It was sold in 2004 for $875,000.

Condos

Jean Pellegrini and Clifford Brown, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Cedar Cove, Unit 201, to Laurie Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $337,000. Built in 2011, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,154 square feet.

Robert Lynch, of Glastonbury, Connecticut, sold 57 Rivers Edge Lane, Unit 57, to Michael Willyoung, of St. Petersburg, for $335,000. Built in 1990, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $300,000.

Belle Terre

Yefim and Irene Mednikov, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Paul Lane to Olga Vinisky, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,506 square feet.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold 19 Evans Drive to Todd Sorensen, of Staten Island, New York, for $300,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,479 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $387,300.

Ellen Stokinger, of Hollinston, Massachusetts, sold 13 Evans Drive to Gail Burton, of Palm Coast, for $248,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,709 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $277,500.

Vitaliy Kuznetsov and Natalia Rachelson, of Glenview, Illinois, sold 80 Edward Drive to Jolanta Nowak, of Palm Coast, for $247,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,334 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $263,200.
