The top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 2-8 in Flagler County was in La Grand Provence, a condominium in Hammock Dunes. C. Gerald Taylor, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2106, to Steven and Lynn Hastings, of Wallkill, New York, for $650,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,745 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $900,000.

James and Joanne Smyth, of Manhasset, New York, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 409, to McCrary Holdings LLC, of Valdosta, Georgia, for $385,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $667,000.

Janet Hurd, of Palm Coast, sold 58 Club House Drive, Unit 107, to Kathleen Kelly, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $83,000.
