A Hammock Dunes condo sells for $1.4 million

The top seller for the week of Nov. 30 through Dec. 6 was a condominium in Le Jardin in Hammock Dunes. Harold and Nancy Shumate, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 301, to Paul and Louise Ussery, of Palm Coast, for $1,431,250. Built in 2007, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,283 square feet.

Condos

Kimberly Heaton, of Marysville, Washington, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2025, to Jorge and Olga Miranda, of East Rutherford, New Jersey, for $255,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedroom, two baths and 1,575 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $134,000.

Howard Fleming, individually and as trustee, sold 43 Magnolia Drive S., Unit 43, to Gregory Dunaway and Reyna Borjas-Dunaway, of Palm Coast, for $127,500. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $197,500.

Cypress Knoll

Aloysius and Caroline Telgarsky, of Palm Coast, sold 93 Esperanto Drive to Ronald Vitale, of Holly, Michigan, for $165,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in January for $157,500.

Hammock Beach

Thomas and Sharon Harlan, individually and as trustees, sold 3 Oak View Circle E. to Jerry Moore and Debra Cooley-Moore, of Palm Coast, for $845,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,546 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,250,000.

Hammock Dunes

Patricia Williams, individually and as trustee, sold 26 La Costa Place to Gregory Shelko and Meryl Pearl-Shelko, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,419 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $395,000.

Michael Chiumento, as trustee, sold 13 Cordoba Court to M Mahoney Property LLC, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 4,341 square feet.

Indian Trails

Joyce Houck, individually and as trustee, sold 5 Banton Place to Edwin Soto, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $245,000.

Caroline Howland, of Fairfax, Virginia, sold 174 Beechwood Lane to Kevin Lake, of Palm Coast, for $151,500. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,298 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $98,000.

Lehigh Woods

George and Geysa Munyon sold 13 Rymsen Lane to Patrick and Kimberly Hutchison, of Palm Coast, for $228,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,402 square feet.

Zaida Carrion and Ramon Rohena-Diaz, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Regent Lane to Jabiel and Dunia Leon, of Palm Coast, for $192,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $232,900.

Debra and Patrick Reid, of West Burlington, Iowa, sold 39 Rymshaw Drive to Anthony and Karen Patterson, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $155,900.

Not in Subdivision

Valerie Evans, of Tulalip, Washington, and Stacy Warren, of Atlanta, sold 160 County Road 2006 E. to Amanda and William Mahler, of Bunnell, for $270,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,820 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $240,000.

Pine Grove

Robin Compton, of Palm Coast, sold 89 Port Royal Drive to Gwendolyn McAllister, of Palm Coast, for $257,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,235 square feet.

Robert Margolin, of Palm Beach Gardens, sold 127 Palmwood Drive to Bryan Hernandez, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $123,900.

Palm Harbor

Rohena Ileanetky, of Palm Coast, sold 16 Cool Water Court to Michael Orman, of Las Vegas, Nevada, for $329,900. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,519 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $225,000.

William Verhagen, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Clinton Court S. to Derek Brockdorff and Colleen Hess, of Palm Coast, for $312,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, fireplace, boat house and 2,129 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $196,200.

Carroll and Lois Wiggin, of Post Mills, Vermont, sold 14 Clark Lane to Ashley Firrantello, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,218 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Terry McNitt, of Flagler Beach, sold 90 Westgrill Drive to Charles and Sherry Brinkmann, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,128 square feet. It sold in February for $100,000.

Robert and Patricia Myrtle, of Castleton, New York, sold 44 Westhampton Drive to Jamie Tadry, of Palm Coast, for $146,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,431 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $115,000.

Ingeburg Gran, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Wood Ash Lane to Smail Louis, of Palm Coast for $141,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,118 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $95,000.

Plantation Bay

Steven McAllister, individually and as trustee, sold 17 Kingsley Circle to JoAnn Oates, of Emerson, Georgia, for $280,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,059 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $185,000.

Quail Hollow

Rosa Grant, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Zonal Court to Wayne and Janet Zehr, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet.

Woodlands

Gary Sena, of Lake Mary, sold 13 Blackwell Place to Jessica Gifford and Matthew Reid, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,672 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $107,500.
