The top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 8-14 in Flagler County was a house with an ocean view in the Atlanta Beach neighborhood of Flagler Beach. Jay and Martia McNeill, of Flagler Beach, sold 2708 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Brian and Chantal Harrington, of Flagler Beach, for $642,500. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,708 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $975,000.

Condos

Kevin Merritt, individually and as trustee, sold 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 653, to Cinnamon Beach 653 LLC, of Akron, Ohio, for $399,500. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $350,000.

Hidden Lakes

Payless Homes Inc., of Port Orange, sold 17 Arena Lake Drive to Brian Gagan, of Palm Coast, for $234,300. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,670 square feet.

Indian Trails

Elizaveta Ivanova sold 68 Bannbury Lane to Ronald and Thomas Kuba, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,727 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $290,200.

Kelly Stone, individually and as trustee, sold 34 Berkshire Lane to Kenneth Thomson, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,766 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $65,000.

Keystone Heights

Janet Nickels, of Palm Coast, sold 805 Fifth St. to Pierre and Diane Elkhoury, and Yvette Badr, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 2006, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,027 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

George Zitka III and Haryati Heijn, of White River Junction, Vermont, sold 109 Rose Drive to Roderick Perry, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2006, the house has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,918 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $270,000.

Karen Shalz, of Munith, Minnesota, sold 7 Royal Palm Lane to Gary and Michelle Robinson, of Powhatan, Vermont, for $195,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,677 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $104,000.

Debra Hulse, individually and as trustee, sold 44 Robinson Drive to Jonathan and Marie Stockley, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,769 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Barry Markey, individually and as trustee, sold 18 Lake Success Place to Michael and Nancy Greene, of Palm Coast, for $212,500. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet.

Anthony and Kristen Martino, as trustees, sold 67 London Drive to Bobby Register, of Palm Coast, for $198,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,254 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,400.

HSBC Bank USA, as trustee, sold 6869 State Highway 100 W. to Connelly Group Inc., of Bunnell, for $406,000. Built in 1974, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 8,410 square feet.

Ray Dewitt and Donna Paine-Dewitt, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Rylin Lane to Robert and Stephanie Olson, of Clermont, for $147,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet.

Ocean Hammock

Edward Boscaiso, of Colts Neck, New Jersey, sold 22 Atlantic Place to Jerry Barnes, of Palm Coast, for $519,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,855 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Baldassare and Brenda Cracolici, of West Islip, New York, sold 50 Felwood Lane to Leslie Jackson, of Palm Coast, for 180,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $115,000.

Pine Grove

Nhi and Clifford Jablonski, of Palm Coast, sold 184 Pritchard Lane to Jacqueline Robinson, of Palm Coast, for $279,900. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,998 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $210,000.

Sherry Brumfield, of Palm Coast, sold 48 Pine Brook Drive to Keith and Zenobia Williams, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,162 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $282,500.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Pinwheel Lane to Richard Espinos and Dominika Alfonso, of Palm Coast, for $227,500. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Christopher and Susan Totis, of Jacksonville, sold 55 Prince Eric Lane to Shaun and Jessica Bassett, of Palm Coast, for $185,658. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $173,800.

Linda Layton, of Fishkill, New York, sold 32 Presidential Lane to Jan Pichnaczyk for $185,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,863 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $234,900.

Pine Lakes

William McGill III, of Bunnell, sold 66 Woodside Drive to Thomas and Ann Mones, of Puerto Rico, for $225,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,043 square feet.

Lon Walker, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Wedge Lane to Peter and Marie Cerreta, as trustees, for $197,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,086 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $193,000.

Nikolay and Aleksandra Zhezhel, and Natalya Zhezhel, of San Diego, California, sold 150 Wellstone Drive to Halina Petsukevich and Natan Baronin, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $110,000.

Plantation Bay

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 634 Southlake Drive to George and Christine Bland, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,402 square feet.

Quail Hollow

Lyubov Kuzin, of Jacksonville, sold 95 Karas Trail to Geraldine Bozsik, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $180,900.
