The top real estate transaction for the week of June 7-13 in Flagler County is in the Atlanta Beach neighborhood of Flagler Beach. Antonio and Pamela Capela, of Palm Coast, sold 2614 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Ralph Solether, of Lake Worth, for $742,500. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,145 square feet.

 

Condos

Alfred and Jerell Gonzalez, of Palm Coast, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 202, to Jean DeVitto and Beverly Morey, of Neptune, New Jersey, for $285,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,702 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $225,000.

 

Gregory and Camille Shiple, of Frankfort, Illinois, sold 200 Riverfront Drive to Judith Quayle, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,791 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $200,000.

 

Belle Terre

Daniel Beyer sold 7 Prince Kaarel Lane to Rebecca Fries and Linda Yushko, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1995, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,105 square feet.

 

Cypress Knoll

Kevin and Roxanne Gillson, of Palm Coast, sold 33 Esperanto Drive to Jaclyn and Lisa McDevitt, of Palm Coast, for $226,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,634 square feet.

 

Fuquay

Glen Taylor, of Orlando, sold 1340 Central Ave. S. to Kevin McBrayer and Isabel Bird, of Flagler Beach, for $272,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,152 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $183,500.

 

Grand Haven

Lennet and Amelia Daigle, of Athens, Georgia, sold 38 Riverbend Drive to Rachel and Benjamin Pileggi, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,833 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $390,000.

 

Kenneth Kalva, of Palm Coast, sold 55 River Trail Drive to Robert Yurman and Kim Porter, of Belmar, New Jersey, for $406,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,278 square feet.

 

Indian Trails

Kenneth Moscone Jr., of Palm Coast, sold 59 Butterfield Drive to Wallace and Celeste Johnson, of Jacksonville, for $264,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool and 1,913 square feet.

 

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc, of Gulf Breeze, sold 6 Banner Lane to Alexis and Mariela Feliciano, of Palm Coast, for $244,650. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

 

Yurly  and Elena Kholodov sold 16 Ballard Lane to Walter and Patricia Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,179 square feet.

 

John and Gayle Mastrostefano, of Wakefield, Rhode Island, sold 14 Biltvue Place to Stephen Marsh, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,807 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $216,900.

 

Joseph Levrault, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Biltvue Place to John Triana, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $186,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

AM and OM Renovations LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Royal Tern Lane to Gerald McKiernan, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,543 square feet.

 

Matanzas Woods

John and Elise Dierlam, of Farmingville, New York, sold 23 Lewis Drive to Richard and Suzanne Dobson, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,112 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $362,400.

 

Palm Harbor

Constance Wall, and Deanna and Robert Wall, of Lewiston, Maine, sold 12 Cerrudo Lane to George Torres, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,232 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $47,000.

 

Pine Grove

Denise Epperly, of Palm Coast, sold 44 Royal Palm Drive to Daniel and Diane King, of Palm Coast, for $313,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,246 square feet.

 

Craig and Jodi Hockinson, of Port Matilda, Pennsylvania, sold 87 Piedmont Drive to Tina Hemby, of Palm Coast, for $196,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $205,000.

 

John and Nancy Raymond, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Pineapple Drive to Grady and Pamela Asbury, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,308 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $95,200.

 

Kenneth and Ruth McKnight, of Niota, Tennessee, sold 52 Price Lane to Alfred Leite, of Brandon, for $145,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,075 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $135,000.

 

Pine Lakes

Marina Krupskaya, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Wagon Wheel Place to Tony Alfiero, of Palm Coast, for $212,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,360 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $257,500.

 

Robert Makoski and Barbara Brown, of Jacksonville, sold 88 Westgrill Drive to Darlena Sands, of Palm Coast, for $207,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,950 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $141,000.

 

Sea Colony   

Leslie Rott, as trustee, sold 33 Nantucket Drive to Luisa Bianco and Mariangela Del Sordi, of Scotch Pines, New Jersey, for $315,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,722 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $118,000.

 

Seminole Woods

Mike Sikora, of Vero Beach, sold 72 Slumber Meadow Trail to James and Christine Hanel, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,297 square feet.

 

Vera Mikhaylova sold 5 Sea Flower Path to Richard Evans, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,234 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $127,000.
