A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top seller from May 24 to July 26 in The Hammock. David and Patricia Holveck, of Ambler, Pennsylvania, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 406, to Patricia Rutrough, of Palm Coast, for $1,150,000. Built in 2005, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,283 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,045,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

 

Fred and Charlotte Hodges, of Memphis, Tennessee, sold 9 Anastasia Court to Thomas Lanzaro, individually and as trustee, for $765,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,945 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $700,000.

 

Alan and Margie Travis, of Atlanta, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 705, to Cynthia and Jeffrey Paul, of Palm Coast, for $712,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $935,000.

 

Ajay and Dhooleka Raj, of United Arab Emirates, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 805, to Katherine and Edward Hannon, of Pilesgrove Township, New Jersey, for $600,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,944 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $770,000.

 

Patricia Rutrough, individually and as trustee, sold 8 La Costa Way to Salvatore and Jacqueline Butera, of Palm Coast, for $540,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,726 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $625,000.

 

Jeffrey and Elaine Bowman, of Smyrna, Georgia, sold 15 Casa Bella Circle, Unit 1401, to Francis and Joan Gerosa, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $705,000.

 

Rose Smith, of Negley, Ohio, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1503, to Nancy Yule, of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $240,000.

 

William and Helen Wilcox, of Hertford, North Carolina, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1206, to Steven and Ann Fick, of DeLand, for $330,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $320,000.

 

MTGLQ Investors L.P., of Irvine, California, sold 3 Marbella Court to Susan Canarick and James Wasp, of Glen Cove, New York, for $265,000. Built in 1994, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 1,798 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $355,000.

 

Joseph Pippen Jr., as representative, sold 9 Via Capri to Emil and Deborah Kiss, of Middleburg, for $215,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $210,000.

 

Hammock Beach

A. Richard and Anne Janiak, of White Plaines, New York, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 456, to Christopher and Donna Otto, of Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, for $900,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,475 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $2,249,000.

 

Christopher and Donna Otto, individually and as trustees, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 408, to Waclaw Blaszko, individually and as trustee, for $380,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1 million. 

 

James and Kathleen Sutherland, of Fayetteville, Georgia, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1131, to Sean and Susan Michel, of Goshen, New York, for $259,500. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $289,000.

 

MiroslavTchipanov, of Lakeland, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1323, to Leana Acinapora, of Clifton, New Jersey, for $200,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $190,000.

 

Island Estates

Thomas Lanzaro, individually and as trustee, sold 124 Island Estates Parkway to Brady and Jennifer Gump, of Daytona, Ohio, for $1.1 million. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,146 square feet.

 

Elizabeth Greene sold 7 Island Estates Parkway to Robert and Debra Gerace, of Palm Coast, for $860,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,713 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $760,000.

 

Ocean Hammock

David and Judy Jack, individually and as trustees, sold 14 Oak View Circle E. to Richard and Gina Scherer, of Palm Coast, for $617,000. Built in the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,137 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $845,000.

 

Robert Melillo, of New Haven, Connecticut, sold 20 Cinnamon Beach Way to Anthony Tremblay and Susan Downey-Tremblay, of Palm Coast, for $530,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 3,289 square feet.

 

Edward and Angela Boscaino, of Colts Neck, New Jersey, sold 3 Cypresswood Drive N. to David and Sandra Birkmeyer, of Palm Coast, for $525,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,200 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $625,000.

 

Alan and Teresa Messer, of Roswell, Georgia, sold 9 Atlantic Place to Daniel and Kristin Wise, of Palm Coast, for $499,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,905 square feet.

 

Howard and Sally Broussard, of Kerrville, Texas, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 102, to John and Kimberly Lux, of Hilliard, Ohio, for $475,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $795,000.

 

FlatD LLC sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 725, to Jennifer and Wesley Zwirn, of Athens, Georgia, for $447,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2.003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $519,900.

 

Elizabeth Feeney, of Piermont, New York, sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 722, to Robert and Renee Molitor, of Castle Pines, Colorado, for $387,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $456,000.

 

Robert Yahn and Peter Kreinheder, of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 231, to Christian and Kristin Birkedal, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $649,000.

Yacht Harbor Village

LeeAnn Acinapura, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 480, to YHV Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $330,000.

 

Millan Baidya and Saroj Khurana-Baidya, of Naperville, Illinois, sold 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 933, to John Robinson, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $375,000.

 

EJC Investments Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 378, to John and Carolyn Orlich, of Palm Coast, for $237,500. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet.

 

Joe Young, of Cissna Park, Illinois, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 277, to Aiden Lynch, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $755,000.
