A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 28 to June 3 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. U.S. Bank NA, as trustee, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1003, to Devinder and Satinder Bhasin, of Palm Coast, for $965,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,412 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $1.6 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Marvin and Karen Parsons sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 913, to Michael and Deborah McMillan, of Orlando, for $426,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,020 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $112,500.

 

Steven Sveda and Giovanna Trelles, of Flagler Beach, sold 3500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 107, to Mary and Matthew Bonney, of Flagler Beach, for $212,500. Built in 1976, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,107 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $165,000.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 9 Prestwick Lane to Manuel and Maria Benites, and Sergio Benites, of Palm Coast, for $219,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,463 square feet.

Kenneth and Patricia Forister, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Owls Roost Lane W. to Diane and Steven Berardi, of Ottsville, Pennsylvania, for $279,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $310,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 81 Hummingbird Court to Ann McNally, of Palm Coast, for $256,990. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,798 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 121 Golf View Court to Dane Nielsen, of Bunnell, for $210,500. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Zulmira Morais, individually and as trustee, sold 22 Oak View Circle E. to Alexander and Rosemarie Bollman, of Columbia, Maryland, for $590,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,766 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $675,000.

Jason Shoemaker, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Burning Tree Place to Juan Valazquez-Bautist, of Newark, New Jersey, for $250,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,236 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $170,000.
