A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 25-31 in Flagler County. Margaret and Lynwood Zyn, of Palm Coast, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 706, to Guy Middleton, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $1,045,000. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,070 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $1,075,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Kirit and Malti Patel, and Dilip and Sandhya Desai, of Bloomfield Township, Michigan, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 901, to Daniel Shing-Yen Yip and Teresa Rodriguez-Yip, of Jacksonville, for $935,000. Built in 2005, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,283 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1.2 million.
Charles and Anna Burge, individually and as trustees, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 423, to Charlotte McBride, of Flagler Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1974, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 693 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $64,500.

Ramiro and Cecilia Pereira, of Palm Coast, sold 41 Prairie Lane to Luis Ramalho and Elisa Morais, of Prospect, Connecticut, for $235,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,889 square feet.

James and Jacquelyn Crehan, individually and as trustees, sold 12 Edgemont Lane to Peter and Larissa Bondarenko and Olga Geroic, of Jacksonville, for $285,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,810 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $263,100.

Dennis Durst, of Valencia, Pennsylvania, sold 3 North Park Circle to Stephen and Marie Lanier, of Palm Coast, for $525,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,838 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $490,000.
Diane Ingalls, Daniel Campanelli, Linda Dikov and Ronald Campanelli sold 1 Crossbar Way to Wayne Nyberg and Joyce Baron, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,761 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $285,000.
