The top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 18-24 in Flagler County was a condo in Hammock Dunes. Randolph Jones and Shannon Gregory, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 501, to Robert Kiehl, individually and as trustee, for $815,000. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,160 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $960,000.

Condos

Harold and Judith Wolfe, of Clarkston, Michigan, sold 100 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 131, to Herbert and Martha Duncan, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $432,400.

Paul and Sharon Johnson, individually and as trustees, sold 1300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1314, to Ruth Lanham, of Muskego, Wisconsin, for $195,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $169,000.

James and Angela Schumaker, of Parkland, sold 50 Club House Drive to Jinelle Reyes-Perez and Manuel Reyes-Gomez, of Palm Coast, for $87,000. Built in 1977, the condo has one bedroom, one bath, and 665 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $110,000.

Grand Haven

Thomas and Patricia Scott, of Palm Coast, sold 189 Willow Oak Way to Frank and Pamela Botelho, of Palm Coast, for $570,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,787 square feet.

Gerardo and Maria Malagisi, of Palm Coast, sold 204 Bren Mar Lane to Euly Polanco, of Palm Coast, for $254,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,536 square feet.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 11 Biscay Lane to Jonathan and April Wells, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,803 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $207,000.

Robert and Toni Collins, of Palm Coast, sold 87 Bruning Lane to Kevin and Corrie Archambault, of Palm Coast, for $197,880. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,553 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $109,000.

Timothy McDaniel sold 53 Bannbury Lane to Jason Wagner, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,571 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $180,000.

Cheryl Ewen, individually and as trustee, sold 5 Biddleson Place to Denis Grishin, of Princeton, New Jersey, for $150,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,272 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $135,000.

Scott and Vicki Groth, of Palm Coast, sold 8889 State Highway 11, to Neil, Collette and Corey Hlavacek, of Bunnell, for $235,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a barn, swimming pool and 2,560 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $130,000.

Ocean Hammock

Ernest and Maria Bio, of Ponte Vedra, sold 21 Cypress Wood Drive N. to Andrew and Mary Bilinski, as trustees, for $660,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,176 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $581,000.

Palm Harbor

Yokasta and Tracy Aarons, and Cal Ba Mar LLC, as trustee, and Yokasta Aarons, as trustee, sold 1 Charles Court to Ashley Katz and Brian Macomber, of Palm Coast, for $381,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,530 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $290,000.

Pine Grove

Elwood Hedrick, of Barco, North Carolina, sold 59 Pony Express Drive to Charles Burchell, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, fireplace and 1,927 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $145,000.

Eileen McDonough, of New York, sold 18 Pine Cedar Drive to Mery Gable, of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,957 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $152,000.

Edward Chalke, individually and as trustee, sold 41 Pretoria Lane to Sharon and David McMillan, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $86,900.
