The top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 4-10 in Flagler County was a condominium on the ocean. John and Carol Hickory, individually and as trustees, sold 77 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 621, to William and Ausma Wade, as trustees, for $485,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $584,100.

Condos

Shawn and Jesse Magee, of Flagler Beach, sold 300 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 205, to Phillip and Trudy Baron, of Longwood, for $314,500. Built in 2000, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $201,900.

Mary Rogers, individually and as trustee, and Mary Gillis, of Melbourne Beach, sold 24 Viscaya Drive to Genevieve Winters, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 1999, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,837 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $285,000.

Belle Terre

Almanac Group Inc., of Bunnell, sold 35 Pheasant Drive to Kevin and Dena Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $177,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $124,000.

Eagle Lakes

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida, of Gulf Breeze, sold 3 Dancing Eagle Place to Christopher Doup, of Flagler Beach, for $255,766. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

Grand Haven

Anthony and Tina Fiore, of DeLand, sold 6 Owls Roost Lane W. to Stephen and Bonnie Brennan, of Palm Coast, for $246,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,628 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $275,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. - Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 232 Grand Reserve Drive to PSTS Group LLC, of Bunnell, for $270,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

Hidden Lakes

Milton and Sandra Mosher, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Auberry Drive to Jonathan and Dawn Lord, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,368 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $280.000.

Lehigh Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 3 Roxton Place to Trenae Hoskin, of Palm Coast, for $237,400. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

Carl and Lydia DeSouza, of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, sold 51 Reidsville Drive to Carole Finniss and Gordon McKeough, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $175,000.

Matanzas Woods

Dan and Edie Ferrena, of Palm Coast, sold 53 Lema Lane to James and Linda Martyka for $335,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,511 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $90,000.

Palm Coast Plantation

Joseph and Isabel Portal, individually and as trustees, sold 205 Heron Drive to Sergio Zapata and Veronica Castanon, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,500 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Norman and Cindy Harris, of Chesapeake, Virginia, sold 6 Cool Water Court to Victoria Johnson-Urdinola, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $245,000.

John Costa, of Palm Coast, sold 75 Fieldstone Lane to Carolyn McCormack, as trustee, for $222,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,138 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $249,400.

Pine Grove

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Pineland Lane to Andrzej and Hanna Patyk, of Rockville, Maryland, for $210,300. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 31 Philmont Lane to John and Harriett Million, of Cookeville, Tennessee, for $209,500. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet.

Nicholas Gray sold 24 Porpoise Lane to Janet Leitch, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,884 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $188,100.

Joseph and Lindsay DiBella, of Palma Coast, sold 19 President Lane to James Duffey, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,371 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $176,000.

Pine Lakes

Victoria Johnson-Urdinola, of Palm Coast, sold 139 Wynnfield Drive to Peter Kotowski, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,102 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $115,000.

Sea Colony

William and Virginia Kleva, individually and as trustees, sold 34 Sea Vista Drive to RSSCO Outlets LLC, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,933 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $340,000.
