A beachside condo sells for $1.3 million

An oceanfront condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 7-13 in Flagler County. Walter and Barbara Arzonetti, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 501, to Joseph and Lilamani Pinto, of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, for $1.3 million. Built in 2007, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,283 square feet.

Condos

Theresa Taibi, Lynn Niebour and Donna Delardi sold 61 Village Circle, Unit 61, to Muguel and Helga Mestres, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $115,000.

Angela Tutino, of Ocala, sold 42 Club House Drive to 42 Club House Drive #206 LLC, of Palm Coast, for $109,000. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $73,500.

Belle Terre

Leo and Courtney Kelsey, of Metter, Georgia, sold 19 Peppercorn Lane to Gregory and Benjamin Savy, of Palm Coast, for $228,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,413 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $163,000.

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc. - Jacksonville sold 20 Country Club Harbor Circle to Joyce Houck Revocable Trust for $324,990. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,042 square feet.

Grand Haven

Intervest Construction Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 2 Sandpiper Court to Judith Mehling, of Columbus, Ohio, for $402,900. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.

Hillcrest

Hal and Lori Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold 301 John Anderson Drive to Pamela Morrow for $121,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,161 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $40,000.

Indian Trails

Mark and Sara Rubio, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Bannerwood Lane to Bryan Gustafson, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,620 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $240,000.

John Bauman, of Palm Coast, sold 96 Bressler Lane to Michael and Dorothy Kennedy, of Palm Coast, for $238,500. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,958 square feet.

Laura Trenbeath, of Richmond, Virginia, sold 161 Barrington Drive to Thomas Stager, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,086 square feet. It sold in March for $174,900.

Evelyn Dasco and Diego Rodriguez, of St. Augustine, sold 51 Brewster Lane to Erol and Sheila Grant, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,436 square feet.

Vincent and Janet Trentini, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Bickshire Lane to William Whitney and Charles and Elizabeth Whitney, of Palm Coast, for $199,900. Built in 2009, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,097 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $165,000.

Fred Slaughter, of Palm Coast, sold 30 Bennett Lane to Maria Pereira, of Clark, New Jersey, for $195,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,127 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $149,500.

Donald and Kathy Ciaffa, of Ponte Verda, sold 9 Island Estates Parkway to Darcie Heyes, of Palm Coast, for $730,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,488 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $825,000.

Matanzas Woods

Donovan and Patricia Williams sold 2 Lewisdale Lane to John and Deborah Dupree, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2009, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,040 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Robert McLennan sold 47 Fellowship Drive to Sheryl and Mark Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,230 square feet.

Ideal Homes at Palm Coast Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 31 Fairbank Lane to Lucian Mone and Patricia Piotti-Leemhuis, of Flagler Beach, for $304,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,333 square feet.

John and Edith Rea, of Bluffton, South Carolina, sold 38 Comanche Court to William and Vickie Christ, of Cincinnati, Ohio, for $294,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,768 square feet.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 11 Fillmore Lane to Danny Plasterer and Anthony Bodle, of Palm Coast, for $118,750. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,149 square feet.

Pine Grove

Justin and Jessica Marino, of Saugerties, New York, sold 33 Pinell Lane for $230,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $190,000.

Pine Lakes

Vincenza Perretto sold 96 Wynnfield Drive to Ted and Gena Jacobs, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,813 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $118,900.

Steven Giello, of Port Orange, Daniel Giello, of Orlando and James Giello, of Stamford, Connecticut, sold 6 Whittingham Lane to Jose Rodea, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,701 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $114,900.

Eliana Piazza, of Debary, sold 3 Willoughby Place to Ronald Bowling and Stanley Holland Jr., of Palm Coast, for $164,997. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,533 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $113,000.

Albert Shuler sold 3 Zelda Court to Egland and Jacquelin Stephens, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,563 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $124,000.

Seminole Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 11 Sloganeer Trail to Ronald and Dianne Ambrose, of Palm Coast, for $241,900. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.
