Texas Roadhouse is about 95% complete, according to most recent update from the city of Palm Coast. The restaurant is being built on Palm Coast Parkway between Dunkin' Donuts and Harbor Freight.

Northbound State Road A1A traffic will be shifted onto the newly constructed southbound roadway between South 23rd and South Seventh Street in Flagler Beach beginning sometime Thursday, Dec. 5. Southbound traffic will remain on South Central Avenue.
The detour will be in place until the completion of S.R. A1A between South 22nd Street and South Ninth Street. Access to all businesses and residences will be maintained.
Drivers are asked to obey the posted speed limits on both S.R. A1A and Central Avenue, and to be alert for pedestrians and bicyclists in the area.
The work is part of a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) project to improve three sections of S.R. A1A in Flagler County to protect the road from erosion and storm damage.
Electronic message boards and other signage will be in place to alert drivers to the new pattern.

As part of the ongoing enhanced Stormwater program, the city of Palm Coast will be replacing the existing concrete-lined ditch in the F-Section with a new underground piping system. This project will address ongoing concerns with ditch deterioration, decreased conveyance capacity and increased maintenance.
Improvements will also include a system of shallow swales and inlets to collect stormwater runoff from adjacent properties and right-of-way as well as the replacement of cross drains under Faith Lane, Farmbrook Lane, Fairview Lane, and Farragut Drive.
While the project is primarily intended for Stormwater functions—better conveyance, improving structural stability and reduced future system maintenance—these improvements will also improve the look and feel of the neighborhood and allow area homeowners to better maintain their property.
The project is scheduled to begin around mid-January and should take around 3 months.
A neighborhood meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Dec. 16, in room 116 of the Palm Coast Community Center on Club House Drive, 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE.
In January 2019, the Palm Coast City Council directed staff to enhance the existing Stormwater plan. In response to that direction, the Stormwater Department has enacted a more proactive approach utilizing state-of-the-art technology including LiDAR to identify potential problem areas within the city’s stormwater system.
