$17,000 shell path to be added to Village at Palm Coast

A total of 128 permits were applied for this week, including four occupancy permits and two commercial renovation permits.

A total of 128 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, May 5, and Wednesday, May 11.

Commercial renovation permits were issued to Joe’s NY Pizza — $2,400 — for the addition of a patio roof, and Baxter Technologies — $7,500 — for interior alterations.

The largest commercial permit of the week was issued to CE Cline Construction, for a $17,000 shell path to be added to Village at Palm Coast, Phase 1.

A commercial certificate of occupancy was also issued to Bella Academy of Dance, at 160 Cypress Point Parkway. Occupancy permits were issued to Bellagio Custom Homes (185 Cypress Point Parkway), Chardani Remodeling, Inc. (389 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 4) and Trademark Realty Group (2 Pine Lakes Parkways, Suite 1), as well.
