$168,193 multi-use path to be built on Belle Terre Parkway

A total of 100 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Aug 4, and Tuesday, Aug. 9.

A $168,193 construction permit was issued to Cline Construction, for a multi-use path on the southeast end of Belle Terre Parkway.

Permits were also issued to Palm Coast Residential Services, for $61,500 renovations to 2 Corporate Drive; New Coastal Homes, for $13,749 renovations to 7 Old Kings Road; and Skyway Builders, for a $5,000 accessory building, at 2001 Waterside Parkway.

Three occupancy orders were issued, as well, to Kingdom Purpose Christian Church (210 Old Kings Road), Rider Performance Group (1 Corporate Drive) and Laba Dry Cleaners (119 Flagler Plaza Drive).

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Oceanside Homes & Remodeling, for a $339,000 single-family residence, at 204 Willow Oak Way. The largest residential renovation permit of the week was issued to Whitley Builders, for a $5,764 addition to 3 Basset Lane.
