Robert and Cynthia Desimone, of Palm Coast, sold 78 Island Estates Parkway to Craig and Sandra Kurik, of Waycross, Georgia, for $1,080,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths , swimming pool, boat house, boat dock, fireplace and 3,242 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,675,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 6 Waterfront Cove to Ronald Flora and Kathy DeShazer, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Fairchild Oaks
Eric and Cynthia Fisher, as trustees, sold 4 Ivey Lane to Rosalie and George Lehan, of Flagler Beach, for $333,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,945 square feet.

Indian Trails
Sue Johnson, of Mansfield, Arkansas, sold 18 Bird of Paradise Drive to Theresa McKee and William Clark, of Marrow, Georgia, for $222,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, swimming pool and 1,941 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $169,600.

Rebecca Hance and Michael Schissler, of Palm Coast, sold 45 Burnside Drive to Tracy and Roger Parker, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $222,700.

Sean Schlobohm, of Palm Coast, sold 106 Brunswick Lane to Robert and Susan Bruce, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $49,000.

JP Morgan Chase Bank, of Columbus, Ohio, sold 119 Berkshire Lane to Mohammad Rana, of Oakdale, New York, for $105,250. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,642 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $75,000.
