The top seller for the week of March 2-8 is in the Shelter Cove subdivision. Nikki Norman, individually and as trustee, sold 85 Hidden Cove to David Hoyte and Regina Greenwood, of Fort Lauderdale, for $810,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator and 4,147 square feet.

Condos

James Davis, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, sold 130 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1601, to Kenneth and Ursula Kemp, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet.

John and Sarah Ezzell, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 210, to Jessica and Timothy Walters, of Brandon, for $322,500. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $314,900.

Gordon and Nancy McDonald, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd. S., Unit 403, to Thomas and Jennifer Hall, of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, for $305,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $220,000.

Charles Seed Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 722, to The Carpet Mart of Wytheville Inc., of Wytheville, Virginia, for $217,900. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $170,000.

Bernice Ottaviano, of Johns Island, South Carolina, sold 12 Edith Lane to Anthony and Bozena Miszkiewicz, of Cortland Manor, New York, for $257,500. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,329 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $310,000.

Grand Haven

Harry and Judy Matthews, of Waynesboro, Virginia, sold 16 Village Drive N. to James and Alice Brogan, of Ambler, Pennsylvania, for $470,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,814 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $360,000.

Jim and Nataliya Yakubovich, of Brooklyn, sold 49 St. Andrews Court to Icaro and Jusdy Horta, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,072 square feet.

James and Susan Kamberalis, of Palm Coast, sold 122 Beachway Drive to Norman and Linda Romanosky for $219,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,071 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $148,000.

John and Marylee Giordano, individually and as trustees, sold 68 Beacon Mill Lane to Marcelo Tenorio, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $99,400.

Danielle Koller, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Beverly Place to Jacob and Tina Montgomery, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,131 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $118,000.

Palm Harbor

Helen and Joseph Ramos, of Woodstock, Ohio, sold 4 Kingsley Circle to Thomas and Bonnie Linscott, of Oak Harbor, Washington, for $255,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,482 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $280,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Sea Front Trail to Cidalia Petrov, of St. Augustine, for $203,615. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.
