The top real estate sales transaction for April 5 to June 7 was a house with almost 5,000 square feet. Robert and Nancy Rhonehouse, of Ormond Beach, sold 1346 Redbourne Lane to Patrick and Audrey Butler, of Ormond Beach, for $1.05 million. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,997 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 631 Southlake Drive to Anthony and Patricia Giannico, of Ormond Beach, for $524,180. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,740 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 611 Southlake Drive to Michael Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,157 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 618 Elk River Drive to Joseph and Caroline Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $403,022. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,157 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 667 South Lake Drive to Suzanne Kraski, of Ormond Beach, for $398,350. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet.

Michael Bennici sold 102 Bay Lake Drive to Francis Naimoli for $290,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,132 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $255,800.
