Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 626 Elk River Drive to Larry and Lou Ann DeHaven, as trustees, for $347,908. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,261 square feet.

Dilena Branca, of Parrish, Florida, sold 5 Kingsley Circle to Nicholas Gannett and Cynthia Davis, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,303 square feet.
